(700 WLW)- The man who allegedly opened fire on a Covington Police Officer late last month was indicted this week by the Kenton County Grand Jury. 41-year-old Brad A. Williams was indicted for attempted murder, assault in the 2nd degree, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and three more counts of 1st degree persistent felony offender. All the charges stem from an incident on February 24th of this year.
