( Hamilton, Ohio ) - Investigators are trying to determine the cause of death for an inmate found unresponsive in the Butler County Jail on Monday morning.
31-Year-Old Billy Hall (pictured) was taken to Ft Hamilton Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later. Hall was charged with drug and theft crimes out of Hamilton County. He was booked into the Butler County Jail earlier this month.
