(700 WLW)- A Northern Kentucky woman admitted in a Boone County courtroom Wednesday, she was distracted by her cell phone before causing an accident that killed twin toddlers and their grandfather. 24 year old Jessica Hood pleaded guilty to three counts of Manslaughter in the Second Degree and two counts of Assault in the Fourth Degree. The fatal accident that took the lives of Charles Napier and the twin babies occurred in 2016. Hood will be formally sentenced next month.
