UPDATE: Just before 5pm, Colerain Police announced that the stolen vehicle has been found and the children are safe. The suspect (NOT the man pictured above) is still at large.
The suspect is 33-year-old Howard Mullis of Cleves, described by police as a white man, 6 feet tall, 155 lbs, wearing a white tshirt with a black hoodie.

( Colerain ) - Hamilton County Sheriff's deputies are looking for an SUV that was stolen with three children inside.
According to Hamilton County Communications, a silver and black 2004 Volkswagen Touareg with tinted windows was stolen from the area of Pippin and Galbraith just before 2pm on Saturday. The vehicle has an Ohio license plate, HIM 7552.
There were three young children allegedly in the car at the time: a 4-year-old black boy wearing a white shirt with brown stripes and black pants, a 4-year-old black girl wearing a light blue shirt with hearts and blue jeans, and a 1-year-old black girl wearing a light blue shirt and blue jeans.
The communications office says the suspected driver is 33-year-old Howard Mullis, described as a white man, 6 feet tall, 155 lbs, wearing a white tshirt with a black hoodie. He has no known connection to the children, per communications.
The vehicle was last seen headed eastbound on I-275 near Hamilton Avenue at a high rate of speed.
