A South Fairmount father is facing more than 40 charges of rape and sexual battery. 53 year old Jammey Ray Willenbrink indicted for sexual assaults on a daughter that date back 15 years.
Court documents show that the alleged abuse started when the girl was 10. Police say they learned of the abuse after an investigation was launched into the well-being of the victims two children. Genetic testing later revealed that the kids are not only Willenbrink's grandchildren but are his children as well.
Willenbrinks wife, Brenda is facing charges of complicity for not reporting the abuse.
