( Warren County ) - The man convicted last month of shooting a man and dumping his body on Christmas Day, 2016, was sentenced on Thursday.
26-Year-Old Zackary Wilson (pictured) will spend the next twenty years to life in prison for the death of 24-year-old Jeremy Foxx. Wilson, Foxx, and a woman had allegedly been doing meth for days. The prosecutor says that Wilson told police the three of them were driving around looking for more drugs, and he shot Foxx from the backseat because he thought Foxx was reaching for a gun. The prosecutor describes it as meth-fueled paranoia. Wilson then left Foxx's body on Montgomery Avenue in Franklin Twp, and drove off. He and the woman then allegedly burned their clothing before Wilson spray-painted the car to disguise it.
A jury last month convicted Wilson of multiple counts of murder and more.
