Name Released In Warren County Fatal

(700 WLW)- A two car crash in Lebanon Wednesday night has left one person dead. The fiery crash happening on State Route 123 in Turtle Creek Township, between Waynesville Road and State Route 350. Another person was transported as well from the scene to a local hospital as the investigation continues.

**UPDATE**

The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two vehicle crash that occurred around 06:23 PM, on State Route 123 near mile post 14 in Turtlecreek Township of Warren County.  The preliminary crash investigation indicates a maroon, 2005 Buick Lacrosse, operated by Harold C. Price, age 57, of Morrow, Ohio, was traveling southeast on State Route 123. While Mr. Price was attempting to complete a pass of another vehicle, he was struck head-on by a dark blue, 2007 Honda Accord driven by Seth L. Thesken, age 25, of Blanchester, OH.

Mr. Price was ejected from the vehicle as a result of the crash and pronounced deceased on scene. Mr. Thesken was transported via squad to Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, Ohio for non-life threatening injuries.

Preliminary reports indicate that Mr. Price was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Turtlecreek Township Fire and EMS, Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Morrow Police Department assisted at the crash scene.
