Mr Fonseca was found safe and sound with his dog 'Neco' in Independence, Kentucky, Monday night.
(700WLW)- Tuesday evening at approximately 5:00 an 86 year old Burlington, KY man diagnosed with a case of advanced dementia slipped out of the house with his wife’s car keys and hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
Manuel Fonseca, 86 of Burlington left in the family 2013 Hyundai Elantra 4 door sedan bearing Kentucky license 791-PPC. While Manuel is reported to be a good driver, family is concerned he won’t be able to find his way home. Mr. Fonseca was last seen wearing a brown checkered shirt, blue jeans, and tan tennis shoes. He is bald with the exception of brown hair on the sides of his head and is accompanied by his pet, an American Eskimo that is all white and goes by Neco.
