(Cincinnati, OH) Fire crews were on the scene of a blaze Sunday evening in Clifton. They were called out around 8 p.m. about a fire on the first floor of a 4-unit apartment building in the 3900-block of Vine St. near Mitchell Avenue. Firefighters found a couch on fire they said started from careless smoking. No injuries were reported. One person was displaced. Damage is estimated at $4,000.
