Injuries from an Ambulance Crash

( Falmouth, Kentucky ) - Eight people, including children, were injured in a crash between an SUV and an ambulance in Pendleton County, Kentucky, on Saturday afternoon.

A statement from Kentucky State Police says the SUV was northbound on US 27 when the driver hit a slick spot, lost control, and spun into the path of a southbound ambulance on a non-emergency run. The ambulance crashed into the SUV's driver's side.

Investigators say everyone was seatbelts. The driver of the SUV had five children in the vehicle. Police say the injuries range from minor scrapes to multiple fractures, but they don't detail individual injuries. All of the people involved are in stable condition.
