(Cheviot, OH) -- Police in two states say a Cheviot man has a chilling interest in young girls. Nicholas White was arrested last week for rape and gross sexual imposition in Hamilton County and online sex crime charges in Lexington, Kentucky.
Police say White assaulted two young girls living in his apartment building and then asked to trade one of the girls for an undercover officer's fictional child.
White is in the Hamilton County Jail under a one-million-dollar bond.
