( CINCINNATI, OH ) -- Police responded to reports of a shooting in Avondale at around 5 PM on May 5, 2011 only to find Michael Johnson, 22, shot at the corner of Reading Rd and Blair Ave. Johnson was taken to UC Medical Center where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
