(Indianapolis, IN) -- Funeral services will take place today for Indianapolis Colt's player Edwin Jackson who was killed by an alleged drunk driver.
The 26 year old Linebacker was killed February 4th by an illegal immigrant suspected of driving drunk.
Jackson, along with his Uber driver, Jeffery Monroe, were standing outside of their car in the emergency shoulder of I-70, when Manuel Orrego-Savala allegedly slammed his Ford F-150 pick-up truck into the back of their car.
Prosecutors have charged Manuel Orrego-Savala with four felonies. They say Orrego-Savala has twice been deported.
President Trump previously tweeting about the accident called the crime "disgraceful," and used it to call upon Democrats to work towards stricter immigration laws.
