( Cincinnati, OH ) - Closing arguments wrapped up Wednesday morning, and it took just over 3 hours for a jury to reach it's decision. 21-year-old Briana Benson (pictured above) was found guilty of murder, felonious assault, aggravated vehicular homicide, and leaving the scene of an accident.
She was accused of purposefully hitting 18-year-old Madie Hart (pictured below) with her car and then dragging her over 80 feet down Walnut Street last year.
Hart died after 4 days in a coma.
Defense attorney's for Benson had argued it was an accident. She will be sentenced on March 8th.
Police released city surveillance video in April of last year:
