(700 WLW)- A Middletown man accused of following young girls in his car has turned himself in. 33 year old David Smith is facing two counts of public indecency. Smith is expected to be released on the condition he stays at least one-thousand feet away from any school and will be monitored through a GPS. Smith is expected to be back in court early in February.
