Poll Workers Needed in Butler County

(Butler County, Oh.)-- The Butler County Board of Elections needs poll workers for the May 8th Primary Election.

The Board of Elections must hire approximately 1,300 workers to serve the voters of Butler County on Election Day. Poll workers earn a minimum of $174 for their service and must attend training, participate in a one-hour meeting on the eve of the election and work all day on Election Day. 

Responsibilities include checking in voters, providing any assistance needed, setting up the polling location, and closing the location. Workers are assigned to voting locations within 15 minutes of their homes.
