(700 WLW)- At about 4:00 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, District Four Officers responded to the 2200 block Rice Street in Mount Auburn, for a report of an unresponsive person. Upon arrival officers located a deceased person inside the apartment. The victim has been identified as Joseph Cartwright, 60 years of age.
Investigation into the cause of Joseph Cartwright’s death is being investigated by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit and the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office.
