It has been almost two years since a Winter Storm Warning has been posted for the Tristate. Today, Clinton and Highland Counties are under that warning with 3 to 5 inches of snow expected in places like Blanchester, Wilmington and Hillsboro. The rest of the Tristate is under a Winter weather advisory with 2-4 inches of snow expected late this afternoon and tonight. We will start to see the rain changeover to sleet and freezing rain first and then eventually to all snow ending just after midnight.
