(Cincinnati, OH) -- A blast of arctic temperatures will ring in the new year. Warming Centers and Overnight Shelters are being opened around Cincinnati in response to the bitter cold.
Officials say all recreation centers will be open to the public as warming shelters during regular business hours.
Meals are also being offered at the Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen, The Over-the Rhine Kitchen and the City Gospel Mission.
