Update: Missing Covington Woman Found

UPDATE 12/27/17

(Covington, Ky) Covington Police report they have found 42-year-old Kristin Carroll Donnelly. They report she is safe. Investigators thank the public for help in locating Donnelly.



UPDATE 12/21/17

(Covington, KY) - Police detectives report they have discovered that 42-year-old Kristin Carroll Donnelly was last seen in Hebron, Kentucky at a 5/3 Bank withdrawing money from her bank account. The photo depicts that transaction and what she was last seen wearing - Black Coat and what appears to be Gray or Tan athletic pants – possibly Adidas brand or similar style. The photo was captured on December, 18, 2017 at approximately 09:06 a.m. This was just over an hour after she was reported missing. Police have still not located Donnelly and are asking the public to call 911 if she is spotted or Detective Jess Hamblin at 859-292-2375 with information on her potential location.  


Donnelly at 5/3 Bank

( Covington, Kentucky) - Covington Police are actively searching for a Critical Missing Adult. They report 42-year-old Kristin Carroll Donnelly is described as 5’5” / 175 LBS, Blonde Hair with Hazel Eyes. 

Police report Donnelly abruptly left her house in Covington early Monday morning with nothing but her dog, leaving behind the keys to the residence and all communication devices. Investigators report there is sufficient reason to believe that Donnelly, through her past actions and present behavior is a credible danger to herself. They say her behavior is consistent with her previous actions which have required emergency services response. 

Donnelly is believe to be operating a White 1998 Mercury Mountaineer 4 Door bearing Kentucky Registration 765-APH (Image below is not the actual vehicle but a representation of same). The dog that Donnelly is with is a brown and black Yorkshire Terrier (See photo below)

Anyone seeing this vehicle or Donnelly is asked to immediately dial 911 and provide first responders with a location.
