( Blue Ash, OH ) - A theft investigation conducted by the Blue Ash Police Department has resulted in the recovery of at least $100,000 in stolen property and the arrest of one man.

Earlier this month, Police received a report that dozens of tools were stolen from a hotel construction site on Cornell Park Drive in Blue Ash.

Surveillance video and investigatory techniques lead detectives to 4625 Carlyn Drive, where the SWAT team executed a search warrant just before 5AM Friday.

39-year-old David Lee Durham was found inside, along with a large volume of other stolen items from various construction sites in two counties.

Investigators were able to recover several stolen trailers, an excavator valued at $64,000, new cabinets valued at $7,000, a water heater, and more tools. Most of the items had been stolen within the last two weeks, and have already been returned to the owners.

Durham will be facing multiple theft offenses from different jurisdictions. He also has several warrants for previous theft offenses.

The Blue Ash Police Department is working with police departments in Mason, Harrison, Hamilton, and Deerfield Township as this investigation continues.
