( CINCINNATI, OH ) -- An arrest has been made after an Elder High School teacher was struck by a vehicle on Saturday, December 9, and was left with serious injuries.
Mark Klusman, 54, was doing volunteer work on Warsaw Avenue when Kayla Wilson, 23, allegedly struck him and a parked car in the street's 2500 block, just before 11:30 AM, with her vehicle before driving off.
Police reports say that Wilson was under the influence of marijuana at the time of the crash. They also believe excessive speed to be a factor in the crash. She has been placed under arrest.
