(Warren County) It's the second time he's been accused of inappropriate behavior during a USO tour. Senator Al Franken is facing another accusation, this time from a Warren County woman.
Stephanie Kemplin, of Maineville, tells CNN she was groped by Franken when she was deployed in Kuwait back in 2003.
She says she was posing for a picture with then then-comedian while he was on a USO tour, and says he cupped her breast.
Kemplin says she was able to shift his hand away just before the picture was taken.
