( Lebanon, Ohio ) - A man who was convicted of fatally shooting his father last year was sentenced in Warren County on Monday.
43-Year-Old Freddie Green was sentenced to 18 years to life. He was convicted of murder last month.
Prosecutors say Green shot his father, Sydney Green, on December 2, 2016, during an argument. A statement from the prosecutor says Green shot the man in the back of the head and then waited several hours before calling 911.
