The Major Cities Chiefs Association's Violent Crime Survey ranks Cincinnati as the ninth deadliest city in America. The study noted a sharp increase in homicides this year while nearly all other violent crime totals dropped. The Survey ranks Cleveland as the fifth deadliest city in America. St. Louis topped the list.
