( CINCINNATI, OH ) -- A man is under arrest after a shootout in Silverton. Police report that after an argument at the male victim's home in the 6000 block of Lillian Avenue, Dwight Allen, 32, shot him with a handgun before the victim pulled out his own firearm and shot Allen.
Both were taken to UC Medical Center. Allen is charged with Felonious Assault and is recovering from non life-threatening injuries. The victim was treated and released. If you have any information on the incident, call CrimeStoppers at 513-352-3040.
