Police Looking For Third Suspect In Assault, Kidnapping

(Cincinnati, Oh) Cincinnati Police are working to identify a third suspect in a kidnapping during a drug deal. Investigators said the victim went to an apartment at 1651 Summit Road to use and buy drugs with 40-year-old Khary Young,  31-year-old Teasa Burkhart, and an unidentified man. When the victim didn't pay for his drugs the two men doused him with lighter fluid and beat him. They then forced him into a vehicle. Young and Burkhart drove off with him in the vehicle and tried to get the victim to give them money from the ATM, but the victim called 911. Officers arrested Young and Burkhart. The third suspect has not been found or identified.
