( Pleasant Ridge ) - Police and federal agencies say they've arrested a man in what they're calling the biggest drug seizure of its kind in Cincinnati.
29-Year-Old Anthony Penny and two other people allegedly had 21 pounds of a heroin/fentanyl mixture along with $100,000 cash at a home on Lawndale Ave.
"I've never seen anything like it. I've never seen anyone fight like Mr Penny did with law enforcement at the time of the arrest. It took 7 agents and officers... to subdue him," Tim Reagan with the Cincinnati branch of the DEA said at a Wednesday morning news conference. He says Penny was extremely aggressive with police even after he was in handcuffs. He's facing multiple charges including possession with intent to distribute and assault on a federal officer.
