Guilty On All Counts

( Hamilton, Ohio ) - Nearly two years after the fire that took his life, a jury has convicted two men in the death of Hamilton firefighter Patrick Wolterman.

Lester Parker (above, pictured left) and William Tucker (above, pictured right) are guilty of aggravated murder and arson. Following that verdict on Wednesday, both were sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole in 15 years.

Wolterman was among the firefighters responding to the fire at the home on 1310 Pater Ave on December 28, 2015. He fell through the floor. Investigators say Parker enlisted the help of his nephew, Tucker, to set the fire while he and his wife were in Las Vegas.

The trial lasted two weeks. Both men are expected to appeal.
