(Northern Kentucy)--The holiday season is about to kick off in Northern Kentucy.
The Light Up the Levee: Grand Illumination on Tuesday, November 21st from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. There will be holiday music and treats as well as hot cocoa, kids can enjoy a visit from Santa, and hula-hooping elves.
There will be ice sculpting demonstrations, prizes and more, the evening will conclude when the switch will be flipped to turn on 1.4 million twinkling lights to illuminate the Levee’s 50 ft. tree.
Meanwhile the Newport Aquarium Scuba Santa’s Water Wonderland is back starting November 24 - December 31.
Children can watch Scuba Santa dive inside the 385,000-gallon tank surrounded by sharks and tell him their holiday wishes. The Scuba Santa’s Post Office is set up in the Stingray Hideaway
