(Hamilton County, OH) -- A Hamilton County Clerk of Courts employee and another person are facing charges after allegedly providing information from search warrants to the targets of the warrants.
Thursday, officials said both people were charged with third-degree felonies of tampering with records after an investigation, among other charges.
The suspects were identified as 45-year-old Yakyma Boyd of West End and 49-year-old Ernest Bryant of College Hill. Boyd was the employee of the Clerk of Court's office.
Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Neil says Boyd a 22-year employee, was apparently giving warrant information to a third party who would deliver warnings to the targets of those warrants. She has been suspended without pay
