Cincinnati Zoo Gets 30-Foot Rhino Nutcracker

(Cincinnati, OH)  --  The Cincinnati Zoo has a new addition and he's towering over their Vine Street entrance, welcoming zoo visitors.  A giant 30-foot refurbished nutcracker rhino was placed at the zoo entrance Thursday morning.  

A crane was used to put the glamorous rhino in place just ahead of the PNC Festival of Lights.  The annual event starts November 18th.

Meanwhile the Zoo's most beloved star Fiona will not be wowing the crowds as the cold temperatures set in, as Fiona and her mother Bibi have been moved indoors for the winter season. Fiona fans can still find ways to show their hippo love as another book staring the Nile Hippo has been released. 

Hip Hippo Hooray joins the long list of Fiona swag fans can get their hands on that inculde: T-shirts, Playing Cards, Ice Cream and a Christmas Ornament.
