( Hamilton County ) - Replacing the Western Hills Viaduct is considered a top priority by Hamilton County Commissioners. Engineers checked out the span earlier this year, and they say work needs to be done, but coming up with money is the tricky part.
Commissioners have proposed adding an annual $5.00 Motor Vehicle License fee in order to come up with the local dollars needed to trigger additional funding from state and federal levels.
A pair of public hearings have been scheduled for people to give their input:
