(Chagrin Falls, OH) -- An Ohio Supreme Court justice wants to be Ohio's next governor.
William O'Neill announced Sunday his candidacy for the Democratic Party's nomination.
His platform includes a 15-dollar minimum wage, legalized recreational marijuana and high-speed passenger rail service.
O'Neill says his candidacy as a response to what he sees as an over-managed Democratic political organization that has lost touch with its roots. His liberal platform includes a push for tax incentives for solar power, expanded mental health care and taking on for-profit charter schools.
