( Warren County ) - The prosecutor says a Warren County grand jury has indicted a man on multiple counts in the beating death of his sister.
37-Year-Old Christopher Kirby is charged with aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, grand theft, evidence tampering, and more in the death of Debra Power of South Lebanon, Kirby's sister. She was found beaten to death in her home on West Broadway on September 15. Based on the charges, Kirby could be sentenced to death if he's convicted.
Investigators say Kirby killed his sister and tried to kill her husband as well. The husband suffered serious injuries. Also, Kirby's wife, 31-year-old Jacqueline Kirby, has been indicted on charges of evidence tampering, receiving stolen property, and misuse of credit cards. Both are expected to be arraigned this week.
