Green Township Police have a new K-9 officer named Raider. He is a 20-month-old Belgian Malinois and replaces former K9 officer Dino who passed away unexpectedly from a medical condition back in September. Raider was acquired through funding by The Matt Haverkamp Foundation. The Department said Raider is in his second week of training right now, which he is expected to complete in about 3 months before becoming certified by the state.
