( Cincinnati, OH ) - Cincinnati became the latest city to reveal it's pitch to Amazon. Dozens of major cities across the U.S. are vying to be the home of the tech giant's 2nd headquarters.
Amazon is expected to bring 50,000 new jobs to where ever it decides to build, and also invest $5 billion in the construction.
The number one reason Mayor John Cranley says that Amazon should choose Cincinnati? The people.
Unveiling his Top 10 list Friday morning, Mayor Cranley says Cincinnati's talented workforce of 1.3 million is the city's greatest asset.
The Mayor also noted that Forbes has ranked the Queen City #1 Best Up-and-Coming City for Recent College Grads. More than 1 million students are enrolled at more than 299 colleges and universities within a 200-mile radius of Cincinnati.
Also making the top 10 includes Cincinnati being business friendly, having a lower cost of living, and great available urban space.
