(700 WLW)- Thursday evening, just past 730, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Traffic Unit responded to 3010 Burnet Avenue to investigate a serious injury hit/skip accident.
A dark colored sedan traveling north on Burnet Avenue struck a male (name being withheld pending notification of next of kin) who was attempting to cross the street at 3010 Burnet Avenue. The vehicle left the scene without stopping to check on the individual who was struck.
The struck individual sustained critical injuries and was transported by the Cincinnati Fire Department to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He is listed as critical but stable condition.
Speed and impairment are unknown at this time.
