(HEBRON, KY ) -- A Conner High School teacher has been arrested for allegedly sexually texting and touching a 15-year-old junior. Police have charged Clinton Bell, 37, with Sexual Abuse and Unlawful Use of Electronic Means Originating or Receiving Within the Commonwealth to Induce a Minor to Engage in Sexual or Other Prohibited Activities.
Bell is said to have turned himself in upon learning there was a warrant for his arrest. He is being held on $100,000 cash bond.
