(700 WLW)- On Thursday, October 5th, Central Business Section Officers responded to a report of unknown trouble in the area of W. Court Street and Race Street. Responding officers located a victim deceased in Pendery Alley. The victim was been identified as Tracy Hawes, 47 years of age.
Thursday, October 12, the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit with the assistance of the Fugitive Apprehension Squad, arrested and charged Mr. William Sanford, 64 years of age, with Murder for the death of Ms. Hawes.
The investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is on-going.
