(Covington, KY)--A child riding a bicycle was hit and killed Friday in a hit-and-run accident. It happened on East 32nd St. near DeCoursey Pike.
The driver, Christopher Wells, 45, of Cincinnati, was found with a passenger in a shopping center parking lot south of the the collision.
Wells was arrested and charged with Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Traffic Collision, a felony.
The child has not been identified.
