Those locations include the in the West End at Taft high school's football stadium. Some surrounding land around the stadium near Central Parkway, just west of Music Hall and Washington Park would also need to be acquired.

A second location includes an area in Oakley the stadium could be constructed on land around Oakley Station off I-71 and Ridge Road. This site includes the former Cincinnati Milacron plant site.

The third location is in Kentucky, on land right along the river offering fans a clear view of the Downtown Cincinnati skyline. The Newport site would include the stadium and several mixed-use development buildings.

The proposed stadium, would cost an estimated $200 million and would be funded through a public-private partnership.
