Two Arrested After Homicide In South Lebanon

(700 WLW)-  Monday detectives from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office filed murder charges against the two previously arrested in connection to a homicide in South Lebanon. At approximately 11:00 p.m. on Friday, deputies responded to a 911 call of a person in need at 59 West Broadway, South Lebanon. Upon rendering aid to a male who lives at this residence, a subsequent search discovered the body of a female who also lives there. The male victim is still in critical condition and being treated at a local hospital. 

Arrested and charged are Christopher G. Kirby, 38 years old, and Jaqueline R. Kirby, 30 years old, both lived at the address of the crime. They are charged with Murder, Attempted Murder, Aggravated Robbery and Receiving Stolen Property. They are currently incarcerated in the Warren County Jail and will appear before a Judge at Warren County Court on Tuesday for their arraignment.
