(700 WLW)- 21 year-old Dexter Wayne Valentine of Bethel, Clermont County was located and taken into custody Tuesday afternoon without incident for his involvement in the robbery at the Nicholsville Grocery, 2630 SR 222, Monroe Twp. Valentine was charged with one count of aggravated robbery, a felony of the first degree. Valentine will appear in Clermont County Municipal Court for his arraignment at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
This case will be reviewed by the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office and presented to the Grand Jury for consideration of additional charges.
