(Zinzinnati) It's a celebration of Cincinnati's German heritage. 650,000 people are expected downtown over the weekend for Oktoberfest Zinzinnati.
More than 2,000 barrels of beer are expected to be consumed with 116 varieties. Also expected to be consumed over the three day event, 87,542 metts, 64,000 sauerkraut balls and 20,000 cream puffs.
WalletHub recently named Cincinnati's the best Oktoberfest celebration in the country.
The event runs through Sunday on Second and Third Streets, between Walnut and Elm.
