( Kentucky ) - It won't be like the major lane issues from the summer, but maintenance work on the Brent Spence Bridge is continuing with more lane closures.
A statement from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says there will be overnight lane closures starting Wednesday at 9pm on the northbound side. That's scheduled for Thursday night as well with double lane closures possible after midnight. All lanes are expected to be restored by 5am each morning.
The southbound side will see lane closures beginning Friday night at 9pm until 5am, and that's scheduled again for the night of Monday, September 11, as well.
No lane closures are scheduled for the weekend.
Drivers should expect periodic lane closures on the bridge through mid-November.
