(Cincinnati, Oh.)--A water main break Monday is still impacting traffic on Paddock Road (in Bond Hill), The full extent of damage to the infrastructure is still being determined and large portions of the roadway are being cleared away as crews prepare to make repairs.
The Greater Cincinnati Water Works Department says the break happened in the area of 4775 Paddock Road (in Bond Hill), South of the Norwood Lateral.
The northbound lanes of Paddock Road are still open.
Southbound Paddock Road will remain closed to traffic between Tennessee and the Norwood Lateral until repairs have been made and the roadway restored.
Southbound traffic is being detoured onto the Norwood Lateral, once on the Lateral, exit at Reading (the next exit). Go South on Reading to Tennessee, and Tennessee takes drivers back to Paddock.
Cleanup and repairs at the scene are ongoing but due to the extent of the damage it is likely to be several days before the road is fully repaired.
