(Hamilton County) He'll stay in Hamilton County for now. The former Mason High School student accused of beating a man at a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville has refused to waive his extradition.
Bond for 18-year-old Daniel Borden has been set at $100,000. He's due back in court September 29th.
Borden is charged with malicious wounding in the beating of 20-year-old Deandre Harris. Police say Borden is one of several men seen in the video that was shared on social media.
