(Columbus, OH) -- The Columbus Zoo spent the weekend searching for a missing macaw.
The Zoo in says Milo the Macaw flew off from an from the Animal Encounters open-air show on Thursday and wasn't seen again till Friday night.
A zoo officials had told the "Columbus Dispatch" that Milo was probably close by, maybe in the trees around the Scioto River or O'Shaugnessy Dam.
Milo's bright blue and yellow feathers were spotted Sunday in a wooded area near the Zoo. A team quickly located the exotic bird and called to him. The Zoo said on Sunday, “Our team quickly went to the location, saw Milo, and he responded to calls from one of his favorite people by flying to her.
