(St. Bernard, OH)--Wiedemann Fine Beer breaks ground Wednesday for a new brewery and Bohemian beer garden.
The groundbreaking will be at 4:30 p.m. at 4811 Vine St.
Wiedemann is the Cincinnati-area's longest-running beer brand, having been part of the community for almost 150 years.
It returns to local ownership and management for the first time since 1967.
St. Bernard leaders said that development incentives were key in making the new brewery possible. The village has recently completed a street renovation.
Leaders said the brewery, taproom, and garden will be a catalyst for further projects.
